2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland If you do not get there restart.
3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it).

the easiest way to infect madegascar is to start there, or to make it so your diesese has no visebility and then once every contry has been infected then put some symtoms on it

It's typically easy to infect Madagascar for me but it's only by a bit. Every time Madagascar closes it's borders 1 last ship goes there and gives the infection

Not sure if something in the game changed, but getting everyone in 100 days now seems pretty impossible. I can do it 120 days steadily and that is infecting every country in 30 days with virus.

Madagascar is impossible to infect!!! Unless of course you start there. Creative game and requires a lot of thinking but a bit too impossible sometimes. I'll give it 4.2/5

Peter, it takes 23 days for the first boat to come to madagascar, i started there too... I got to kill madagascar before any boat came along...

In addition to Peeper's tips I suggest buying more Heat/Cold/Moisture Resistances. It always your disease to spread more easily
