This is how to get the impossible badge 1) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, or Madagascar. Greenland was the one i won with and i think it is the best, and madagascar is the worst. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. then buy whatever u can. 25 min impossible badge =)

Just a tip for anyone complaining about Madagascar, typing your virus name as "Madagascar" will cause your virus to start in Madagascar first (it worked for me).

Tip: At the start, sell ALL of your symptoms. As long as you are not deadly, they shouldn't close anything down (they do sometimes). Wait until every country is infected. Then, buy all the symptoms.

the "surefire" method doesn't work. i followed it to the letter started in madagascar and Indonesia closed everything and ruined the game.

I finally got it. After 3am mornings, months of play. EONS spent staring at world, maps, and diseases. I finally have the Madagascar impossible badge.
I can now die, peacefully...

couple months ago i almost had the badge i had all the countries infected and only 100 people left alive.. then the power went out...

i have a couple problems with this game. 1. you should be able to pick where you start. most people going for the hard/impossible badge are going to just keep restarting anyways, until they get to a favorable spot. 2. starting a new game should be faster and easier if you will not change point number 1. 3. madagascar. but...Congratulations! You just won the President Madagascar Assassin Badge and 60 points! took like 20 tries at least

I won the game wif parasite not virus, and parasite is beta, step 1) choose parasite 2) buy fever and sores 3) buy heat cold and moisture resistence (1) 4) when 3 other countries are infected sell sores and buy vomit, then when the total amount of countries infected is 6 then sell vomit and keep fever 5) buy all 4 drug resistence 6) wait till whole world infected 7) buy more dedly stuff like hyper sensitivity, fatigue, and things lyk that, dont worry about visibility.
