that is so not fair! I did all u sed to do, it does work on relaxed. but.. I infected every country, killed everyone in them, except for madagascar. they stayed non infected. SO NOT FAIR!!!

Tried pev. strat suggestion, had 2-3 countries shutting down every time. Started with virus, fever, method of transmission, drug resistance. Added more methods of transmission and low visibility symptoms as things progressed. When entire world was infected, piled on with more heavy duty damaging symptoms and drug resistance. As death rates escalated, went back and added more lower tier high visibility symptoms that help spread the disease as point generation slowed down. Got it on the second try.

The game is actually very simple to beat. Just follow the guides and hope you infect Madagascar quickly. The best way to do this is infect new zealand and have no transmitions as Madagascar and New Zealand send ships to each other and transmitions cause colsures
