For those of you who do not know how to infect Madagascar in realistic mode. I can teach you how. It may not work every time, but it works. When you start the game, you have to pick the parasites. When the pandemic has started, there is always at least one symptom. You must sell the current symptom ASAP. Once that is done, you must get all of the tier 1 upgrades that have resistance. (cold resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and drug resistance). Once that has been completed, you unlock the heat and moisture resistance. After that, just be patient. You should not make any further upgrades until you have infected Madagascar. Good luck :D

Damned. I start in middle east and i get rodent insect water and air and in 3 years i managed to spread to west europe after getting heat resistance IV and Drug resistance IV

I started in the U.S., Madagascar was like my fourth infected country, and managed to kill everyone but Indonesia ant N. and S. Africa.

Just realized the 3 buttons next to the time controlled how fast time passed. I only found this out after 60 in game days on the slowest speed.

Why aren't there any airports in Madagascar? It's because there isn't enough space because there are too many lemurs, of course!
