If you want to win, start disease with madagascar. Let me tell how to do;
when start a new game, click x to tutorial box, and click on the madagascar on the map quickly. i did it and it worked for me, i dunno maybe i was lucky. so if madagascar dies, everybody can die (if you choose cold lvl 4) have a nice die from Turkey :)

So... started in Madagascar... any disease's dream right?... well the pressure got to me and I screwed up... got stuck in Madagascar... unable to infect anyone outside the damn island :p

Infected every country but Madagascar, it closed the docks, even so a ship managed to get in there, and it was infected, Killed the world in 88 Days and got the Impossible Badge, don't re-start after it closes the Docks, a ship might still wander inside it!
