For some reason, people refuse to die on mine. I get everything infected, and i end up with 7 billion infected, 0 dead, and a high lethality level.

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive Thanks for the comment! I got 13th of all time by using this method.

Ah, the memories! Darwin Award was the very first badge I ever earned on Kongregate, on April, 1st 2009. The same day I earned the President of Madagascar Badge, one of my only two impossible badges so far.. :D I was addicted to Pandemic II! Good ol' times... =)

The one chance I get to start with my disease from Madagascar, all the world gets infected, except Cuba. Apparently, Cuba is the new Madagascar :(

Made a disease called Masical. People in New Zeland: "We have descovered new Bacteria! Don't let anyone Infected Die! Don't send them off!" President: "Let's do nothing about it!" x Unlocks all Tier one symptoms x Prisident: "I'm over it." Madagascar: "OMG there's a new type of bacteria! Stop the madness! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!" Everywhere else: "Let's leave everything open for infection! YAY!! Woo!!!"

Good stratagy, make it only have sneezing, wait for it to infect most every1 with drug and all resistants highly upgraded, with all the spreading types, then increase its leathality once almost every1 is infected.
