Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. wow, as a name i used 4 8 15 16 23 42, and i got tons off countreis infected rit away, i guess those numbers really are sort of special...

for me what i did is parasite then maxed out the drug, heat, cold and moisture resistance... then speed it up... check if you infected the whole world first....
for the start do not put anything in the symptoms or the rodents, insects, water and air borne...
just the resistance at 1st... when you infected everyone then bring up the heavy symptoms etc.

I was playing in realistic mode and i got all of the countries including madagascar, then later i looked at the world menu and it said madagascar was clean. I looked at madagascar and it said 9 were dead, but nobody was infected. Madagascar already closed down the shipyard by then. THAT SUCKED!!!!

If Madagascar closes its shipyards check if there are boats near because they can still get in if they're heading there already. And that means they can still get infected!

none of these walkthroughs ever work.i tested to see if a few of them worked.i did 2 of them 20 times each.out of the 40 times i tried to kill off the world it never worked even once.
