sry for triple posting but.. err.. i activate fever and vomiting. nothing happens, no deaths, countries dont react. i get sneezing and suddenly every country starts burning bodies, people start dying, and madagascar finally closes its schools even tho it has 0 healthy population = \

Even if it travels by water, air, rodents and insects, and is not visible, you cannot reach MAdagascar.

First of all. Good game just that as other peoples have said you can play the XboX, Play this game and watch TV at the same time(well they didnt exacly say that). You just sit back and watch the game fly by.

Next up every one is saying HOW THE HELL DOES A VIRUS WITH NO SYMPTOS BE FOUND i have an answer. If you made the game like this it would be stupid. Every1 would just sell the symptoms and wait till the whole world is infected and then acctivate heart fauiliere and KABOW every1 dies. Any questions.

Oh by the way Madagasgar is not ivinceable all you need to do is work out the main trade routes the island.
Then keep starting new games until your on the island's main trade route :) SIMPLE!
