Oh my f-ing god, even with that worthless guide everybody keeps posting, lousy madagascar keeps shutting down it's harbour. I say they should include something like "closing the harbour saved them from the disease but they had to resort to canibalism and killed each other, you win!"

i started in canada and made my "virus" unnoticeable, don't make it serious till they are all countries are infected the let unleash it will are the points you save.

Humanity wiped 120 days:
Parasite, take off all symptoms, level 1 resistance but level 2 water, then only put up transmitted by sea. get a starting one with a port, let it spread to Madagascar and Argentina, then proceed to airport then once all countries have 1 infection going, kick up all 4 drug resistance and level 3 of the rest and add symptoms only if you can get at least 4 of the ones in tier 1, then add rodent and insects. (In my game Greenland didn't close down anything, I don't know why, but it did... 1 hospital wont get the vaccine though, so don't worry.) Hope this helps, Robz

.... but only because I STARTED in madagascar and had NO visibilty
(parasite with no symtoms, high resistances and all but water supply infection) took me about 257 days in realistic though, but hey, killing all of humanity in less than a year? (pats himself on the back)
