gandhiG - People are and were scared of anthrax because it has symptoms and results that are already known! This disease should not even be seen as a disease until it has symptoms! Why would they be testing people for anything that ISN'T effecting anyone?

Out reach brings up the best point. How can borders be that secure? As we see in the US if someone wants to sneak in, they can - in a pandemic you know that would be happening, plus the brids and insects could not be controls en masse! 3/5

I managed to contamine madagascar by picking the "virus", letting all the "stats" (infect, visibility, etc..) at 0 and having all the transmitions on.

Let me be clear about this: Mutations should speed up as you infect new people. Borders aren't impervious to penetration. This game as well executed and a great idea, but the gameplay of it SUCKS because of these corners you get boxed into. SUCKS!

A painfull game. The origional was so much better. So many bugs like madagacar beings semi imposible to infect, border controls being perfect to man and animal, not to mention the terrible variation in evolution point speed going from very fast to very slow. I've never managed to complete the game even with a loss, It just takes to long for anything to happen even on the fastest speed once you run out of evolution points.

It really is hard to get Madagascar...
Plus, reading the numbers is really hard.They need to put commas.
Also, when you sell all of your symptomes how come people see it?Thats unrealistic.

that would be cool if instead of showing the whole region being infected it shows witch parts are infected like a cloud, same with the cure deployment...

If you have the time, just leave all the symptoms off and run it for an hour or so :P. Then you can use 100+ dna points to attack all over.
It's not really cheating, that's what aids did. Moved around and got a bunch of people then started killing.

I don't know about the rest of you but by the time the cure come out I infected all the people I could possible could. I wish that counties that have 100% people infected would try and break into another countries for that cure. Causing the infection to spread due to riot over the cure so none is used until it too late.

I was playing this with the guys over at penny-arcades forums.
You will NOT get madagascar unless they updated the game...which I doubt.
You have to START in madagascar to take madagascar.

Some commas would be nice in the numbers. It's pretty hard to figure out if you have a million or a billion infected people without counting digits all the time. Otherwise, neat game.

stupi guide and tutorial buttons dont work and once airports and shipyards close its game over. its fun but too much waiting around
