tip to the creator: i live in alaska and theres a HUGE water facility for glacier water! its bigger than the one in canada. and do not say if its cold up here cause im the southern part and its like 60 degrees!

3)Once you have enough points buy moisture 2 and waterbourne (Lets you infect the whole water system)
4)Wait until you have the whole world (By then you should have 75 - 120 points, depends on level)
5)Ramp it up and buy up to tier IV and get insanity, kidney failure, Drug I II III IV. then just sit back and watch the whole world die before your hands.
If you doing this on Relaxed you should look at the vaxene progress it says infinite.
