I start up a parasite, makes it immune to all things and transition-able to all things, few minutes later every nation in the world infected, except for Madagascar, it's like it's the nation that will never be infection-able

Lethality is almost a 1/4th filled, yet out of the billions I infected, non died. 'scuse me? Run that by me again? I have a fever, FEVER, by itself last game, and it wiped out MILLIONS! Yet now, when I have fever, kidney failure, and fatigue, none die whatsoever! I guess its a bug in the system. Bah, humbug.

F**k Madagascar.... I killed everyone, except I couldn't even infect Madagascar because they shut everything down when I just have coughing, sneezing, and fever as my symptoms.. lol Those cautious muthafudgers.

"Breaking News: Hospitals start to close" - I sold all of my disease traits so it literally does nothing, is borne by no animals, water, air or anything like that. How can they even tell that the disease exists, seeing as it has no symptoms at all ...

What a crappy "idle" game, you have almost no control over the events, you just stare at what happens and wish for the best, different timing/combination of upgrades seems to have little to no effect on the result of the game.

WarpedPerspectiv: it's because you would get rid of symptoms to minimize visibility, and if you want to get to Madagascar, you need to have literally no symptoms at all.
