Felipe: Pretty much if your virus is kicking ass, it bounces around randomly. If it's not doing anything at the time, you get one ev point every 3 days.
Also I still can't think up a good strategy on Realistic, since you're pretty much the luckiest son of a bitch ever if your infected ship docks at Madagascar.
