anyways this is how i did it , took a long time tho 1) i picked parasite for some reason but it worked 2) i was in madagascar , the best starting place 3)sell all syptoms and buy waterborne and airborne and all resistants 4) takes long but wait till other countries infected 5) when they are all infected just buy everything you can and wait for humanity extermination =]

There are no grand tricks to this game, it's more about luck. Best thing to do is just raise up drug resistance to II, and whatever your starting region's is to II, and wait it out. Luck is a major factor.
