I hate having to restart this game any time Madagascar becomes afraid of a few colds showing up in their country. If not for this fun-crippling flaw, this would be a great game, but as it is, it's just frustrating.

You should add another hospital in the US and reduce Canada by one hospital to be more realistic. The US should be the jewel of the world to infect.
