did in 95 days from cuba, the important thing is to have a high rate of infection early on, and when it gets to a few other counties you need to sell your symptoms to make it invisible. i had coughing and sneezing, and sold them when two other countries were infected, no one took action until the world was infected.
Just follow icecage's comment and give it a few tries, it does take some luck.

How is Madagascar so hard to infect I played it and the 4th victim was Madagascar and also the KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE thing is wrong a bit make sure 3 are infected including your starting one.
