I gave it a 4 mostly because of how interesting the next one could be. There are some major problems that need fixing, but the game is well enough put together that the designer deserves to have his/her work recognized.

Wow, all shipyards open and there's a boat that is just circling the ocean, going nowhere. Meanwhile there has yet to be a boat landing in Madagascar oddly enough.

Over 150 restarts and I have yet to see Madagascar infected (unless I start there.) This game is the most frustrating I've ever played.

WTF i star in madagacar and everwhere else shuts down everythin EXCEPT madagcar, they think everything isfine an they ca just leave everything open

Game is ok, but would be nicer if the fastest speed setting was faster. Playing the parasite the game just DRAGS @$$$$$$$$.

At the very least you should have been able to sell resistances and transmissions as well, and doing so would have calmed down any panic over a disease.
There's only one strategy I can see, and all the different symptoms are mostly pointless.
