Right after my last comment I tried again and started in Madagascar! It was one of the happiest things that have ever happened to me in my life!.

1)Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, or Madagascar. i started in madagascar and killed everyone in like 120-130 days or something. some reason i got cured and drug res. was at max.

3Go to "Disease". Sell whatever starting symptom you get.
4Gradually increase your resistances. Everything should be infected within 10 minutes or so.
5Make sure you max out "Drug Resistance". By the time everything gets infected, they will start working on a vaccine.

Wooo i did it finally =) had to restart heaps of times. Funny thing was, greenland died, and their airport/shipyard/borders were all open lol
