the trick is to start in madagascar. i just beat the game relaxed by randomly ending up starting in madagascar. the disease spread to the far reaches of the world with only rodents, fever, and a ton of resistences. as bacteria.

Lolz.. Started on Madagascar, was like "aw, maaan I'm sooo lucky!". After 52 days, I had 0 healthy people and Madagascar closed it's borders Q_Q. What gives? XD.

Well Pandemic 2 is missing that your disease can Mutate and some symptoms cause special effects and combos, and the more people you kill the less ability humans have to cure it also random events that can be more than environment and can also be political, economic, social, health, and random infections of closed countries (Non Human, Air, Water, Blood Etc) Plague Inc has way more plague types (Bacteria, Virus, Fungus, Parasite, Prion, Nano Virus, and Mother F###### Bio Weapon), special plague types (Neurax Worm: Brainwash Plague Necroa Virus: Zombie Plague better graphics, more symptoms, more abilities, more transmissions, more strategy, cooler music,more countries no seriously play Plague Inc (Apple Store, Samsung Store, and Miniclip.Com(Free)) before you judge which game is better and my comment if you didn't play both games you should not rate this comment (Note: No i'm not a developer or affiliated with Plague Inc I just like the game better)
