1)Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. This really works it worked for on realistic and got me the impossible badge.Pass it on!

my god 20 days and not 1 ship goes to Madagascar, the problem with the game si that only 1 in 50 ships go there so you have like a 2% chance of taking it out

Following Tean1234's "guide," once you get to step five, there are no symptoms, no visibility, and no infectivity. Why do countries start closing borders and transportation? Realistically, they would have no idea there even is a disease.

@ blipadouzi hah, my story is different. I started at madagascar with sneezing, waited for the 30 days, no other country infected, bought coughing, waited for the 40th day, nothing, bought vomiting and airbourne, and at the 52nd day, the disease finally got out of that damned island.

This game royally bites. Everytime I play, I get 100% of the world killed except Madagascar. I FINALLY start a game in Madagascar, and they close the Shipyard before any other country gets infected! :S

My strategy is dont buy any transmissions for ahwhile, maximize all symptoms until tier 2 or 3(depends on yu), then try to maximize all resistances by this time the virus is spreading alredy so after u have bought the symptoms, thats the time u buy the transmissions, its like a very big BOOM on the wolrd a very powrful disease spred!! but still luck counts ^_~ i had it for 48 days bleive or not
