Well, DOOMMAN98: All the changes in the game are based on mutations. Just as it would require a mutation for the disease to actually involve fever, it would take a mutation for it to NOT involve fever.

i once completed the game in 101 days at 1 AM in realistic and then i quitted with this game for a long time and now it time for round 2 >:) watchout madagascar you are going to have such a hard time hehe >:)

You can't really beat the vaccines, they sometimes just don't work. (In some cases, they mutate your virus and make it even worse! xD)

Start as a parasite.
Two in every resistance with no symptoms and wait until you have enough points for lv. 4 drug resistance. Then, get waterborne. Then, wait for the rest of the countries to fall before you. Then, get insect, rodent, and airborne qualities.
Now, wait until you have enough points for vomiting, fever, and fatigue/sweating.

I didn't Write this just reposting it, it WORKS! 1) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, Mexico, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. NEVER BUY ANY TRANSMISSION THINGS this does work!!
