I still don't follow how a disease that has 0 symptoms and 0 chance of killing the infected is noticed to the extent that MADAGASCAR closes it's port.

Man. I don't have the best luck, but I finally managed to do it. One time I got 103 days =( but I finally did it in 97 days.
I used the one with Fever. However, I kept default sneezing for 4 countries.
