If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. Also, don't be too quick to listen to that spammed walkthrough. Make a disease that you like and improve on it. I killed everyone with bacteria rather than a virus. Good luck!

Don't know how you people are doing this except by luck. The fastest I can wipe out everyone is 115 days doing things exactly the way described here.
And by the way, if you start in Madagascar, you can't win.
It takes upwards of 40 days just to get off the island.
