a few tips thats not copy pasta: pick virus of course. hopefully you start on an island. madagascar still got infected after they closed shipyards so maybe i got lucky. i would get rid of all symptoms besides sneezing, and build up your resistances and transmissions. once the disease spreads, buy some nastier symptoms. then hope you can annihilate the hospitals or become immune to the vaccine. good luck.

i was in alstrlia and i did virus kept ever thing sold fever and then just sit back nd let the virus spread to every country then i got it to be immune to the vaccine! 5/5 i rate it
