To wipe out madagascar start with a country near madagascar with water ports like china (keep restarting until you get one) pick the bacteria and buy the whole top row of symptoms but not vomiting also buy waterbourne and all the top row of resistance then wait until madagascar and everywhere else is infected then buy every symptom and kill off humanity!
