A great disease for me had no symptoms, and no transmissions. (e.g : airborne, rodent, etc.) It infected the whole world, including madagascar and greenland. I then got pulmonary edema and wiped out the earth. Also, you can infect madagascar if the port is closed. Ever noticed tornados and things like that? They can spread your disease around to nearby countries. This is how I infected madagascar in another game. Keep this comment alive please.

Day 64: Every person in Madagascar infected via rodents, insects, water, and air. Drug highly resistant to environment and drugs. Symptoms include sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. Thank God we are able to just ignore it completely, safe in the knowledge that no one ever comes to or leaves the island, keeping the rest of the world safe.

in realistic, I finally got madagascar!!!!! eventually, on like, my thousandth try, I mannaged to get the whole world. if there's a pandemic three, please relax madagascar. It's like "someone on the other side of the world coughed! Shut down everything!". All in all, this is a very fun game 4.5/5. Also, if anyone gets the impossible badge there should be a way to worship them.
