u just keep all siphtoms low and closed until a lot of ppl are infected then the evolve to a deadly disease and the wont react fast enough

Chip, the best place to start is Madagascar, it's easier to get out of it than in, plus it provides a central location in the map for easy spreading.

The overall slick design makes you feel like you're in control, but it's all just too random. Still kinda fun though.

Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, Madagascar, New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland. Just can't get the last badge. I had every country infected by day 30 but people die so slowly in the end. The first billion people die in a week, the last 100,000 die in about 25 days :/

getting north america/mexico area without high visibility will be good because their ships will travel to madagascar which could carry the diesese. it could be as easy as one ship to win you the game, but be careful; one time even though i had no symtoms they still shut their docks!
