Another way to beat Pandemic 2: 1) Pick Parasite. 2) Start anywhere, seriously. 3) Sell all symptoms. 4) Buy 1-1-1-0. Resistances. 5) While waiting for all countries to have infected in them, slowly upgrade all resistances, but drugs, to level 3. 5) Once all countries have infected, buy drug resistances (preferably to level 4), buy airborne and waterborne transmissions, and buy whatever you want for symptoms.
I've used this method all the time, and usually decimated the human race. It was always either Japan or Peru that got me, not Madagascar.

it dont matter if som1 closes theres thingies, neighbors of that country might have the desease and public transport will get them, UNLESS THEIR STUFF R CLOSED 2 LOL

so even though I started in madagascar, kept visibiltiy to a 0 after 5 countries were infected and only had sneezing as a symptom until then. peru decides to shut its borders,airports and shipyards. FML
