Resistances. 5) While waiting for all countries to have infected in them, slowly upgrade all resistances, but drugs, to level 3. 5) Once all countries have infected, buy drug resistances (preferably to level 4), buy airborne and waterborne transmissions, and buy whatever you want for symptoms. I've used this method all the time, and usually decimated the human race. It was always either Japan or Peru that got me, not Madagascar.
