Developed Airborne transmission early.

Luckily, Madagascar was infected shortly afterwards.
All but 3 countries were infected soon, then developed Waterborne transmission.
All countries became infected.
Added hypersensitivty.
Added sweating to cause hospitals to close before they could finish the vaccine.
After all countries were infected I began adding drug resistance to level 3.
As evolution points became available, I added more lethal symptoms to speed the killing.

Something to add to the strategy to get the virus to spread faster at the beginning is make sure you start in a climate that makes your virus durable (any climate that starts you with a resistance bonus), and build the resistance in that area up to IV immediately.

Losing evolution points for removing a symptom definitely makes sense. If you think about it, your disease is evolving so that it no longer has that symptom. It wouldn't make sense to credit you evolution points for making your disease evolve.

Why do you put a factor "visibility" into the game when it has no effect at all?
Its stupid how I have ZERO visibility, no symptoms at all and every country totally freaks out closes borders/airports/ports and research a vaccine to fight a virus thats harmless.
Imho totally unfair gameplay even worse when theres states like madagasgar that make you restart the game 200 times until you finally lucky and manage to infect them.
