On Realistic, PRAY you Don't start in Madagascar. I stayed in it the Whole game. Day 69, Shipyard closed, about same time All infected. Bought Kidney/ Heart Failure and Ataxia, no deaths until day 103 (day 97, got hypersensitivity). Stopped at 23100 dead, D104. D110 more deaths total~112700, got Fever D107. D114, ~313300 Deaths/ Experiment Aborted.
