Under rating threshold (show) I got lucky and somehow got madagascar without starting there and got the last badge by using the guide said under. Had around 19 days to spare, mostly luck, just going to say.

Under rating threshold (show) i started in mexico, sold all symptoms, bought 2-2-2-2-2, rodents, airborne, and waterborn, wait till everyone was infected, then completely dehydrated everyone. Fever, kidney failure, liver failure, vomiting, diarhea, dementia.

Under rating threshold (show) I had no problem beating this game up until day 99 where as I had 130 or so people left and they didn't die. So i missed the "Impossible" badge by 1 day or about 100 people. Sadly I will never attempt that badge ever again for it only leads to frustration. :P
