How I FINALLY got Impossible: Start your virus in Greenland. Any other country, reset. Then get Cold 2, Drug 1/2, then Moisture 1/Heat 1 when you can afford them. When you start infecting others, sell your symptoms. When you infect everyone, make sure to add sneezing FIRST. Only AFTER the last country is at 100+ people infected should you start adding lethalities. Then get coughing, vomiting, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Pulmonary Edema, Dementia, Hypersensitivity, Ataxia and Depression. You should be able to get these all at once with all the evolution points you've saved up so far. If not, fill them in as you can afford them. When you can afford to do so, add Nausea, fever and sweating. Then watch gleefully as the time to work on the vaccine stretches from about 21 days to infinity and the human population starts dropping like flies. Time to wipe out humanity: 92.5 days. Disease name: Madagascar Assassin. The name probably has no relevance to the overall odds, but it sure felt good. :-)

The disease has absolutely no symptoms, and yet governments have begun taking measures to prevent infection? Madagascar is isolated, so it makes sense it would be unaffected, but Western Europe and CHINA are unaffected? And the accumulation of evolution points plummets even though almost the entire planet is infected! Explain to what the criteria for accruing those points is, last I checked viruses still mutate inside of a host, new infections shouldn't be the basis. And this is on REALISTIC mode? There is just so much wrong with this game it isn't even funny. Seriously, it isn't even funny.

by the name of the impossible badge i figure if madagascar is unlucky enough to become infected the president immediately flees to peru argentina or whatever country is lucky enough to close thier borders before infection and he must also wear masks and wash his hands diligently on his way as well while drinking bottled water he had on reserve for just such an occasion

i started in Madagascar.... every country except for Madagascar closed their ports, airports, and borders before I could spread :(

I like how at some point in the game it becomes impossible to infect a country because they decide to close down all access to the place before anything can get to it. Surprisingly this wasn't Madagascar, but Indonesia.

You can make your disease completely asymptomatic, with no visibility whatsoever. And then for no reason whatsoever, everyone starts closing their ports! You fail to infect the world, and it isn't even your fault. Fake difficulty at its worst. Does the visibility stat even matter?!
Madagascar in particular must require selling your body as a prostitute to the Random Number God before you an infect it.
I honestly have no idea how this game managed to get a 4.25/5.
