Started in Madagascar, at day 27 was first shut down ( Middle East ) and at day 31 i had Virus spread out on whole planet.
Than just followed the guide, buying symptoms in its order and at day 97 ( dont remember hour ) my virus killed last person.

Ooh, this is fail, i started in madagaskar after 15 days 100% infected but the virus just wont spread to other countries

Just killed the whole world with the spammed strategy, so it works.
On this try i lucked out and started in Cuba with Airborne trasmission bonus. Allowed me to infect everything much faster, had whole world infected before any closures at all. So might wanna add it to the post.

wait for your evolution points to reach at least 1000 then buy all the ways for it to be transmitted and all resistance and get rid of all side effects it will take longer for them to notice and they wont take action for a long time because it does nothing

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive

Anyone have any clue which countries actually ship to Madagascar? It'd help if I knew what places ship to it, but it's like nobody cares. Nobody likes Madagascar. Not me, and not anything else. XD

my disease doesnt spread :| i started in madagascar infected all population shipyard still workd but disease doesnt spread :/
