Lmao, I can infect Cuba every time I start a game, unless my disease originates in America, and if I start in Cuba i can't infect America. America and Cuba hate each other so much they even stop diseases from the other country!

wait to upgrade your drug resistance until after a vaccine is being developed. It helps insure that the vaccine fails. If you get it up to Drug Resist 3 you should be good, and Drug Resist 4 is an almost fool-proof way of defeating the vaccine.

Guys, as u all know, the island countries in this game are the hardest to infect. I found out that getting the insect transmission is the best way to infect them. Also, don't get water transmission until you have at least a few infected people in every country, or once you cant infect any other countries. Infected water supplies cause everyone to panic and shut down their borders.

Madagascar has reached a new low. It took 47 days for my disease to arrive in another country because it only sent out 2 ships before that... on day 5.

it was easy to me but i set out the virus without upgradeing anything and slept for like 4-5 hours and had 9210 points cause i set it to fast time and upgraded aevery thing so "pandemic" broke loose. and i got all achievs

....... o.o I got madagascar for starting point. First I was overjoyed but then after like 30+ gamedays with all resistance and transmission... i havent infected 1 country yet but the ports were still open

"realistic" mode....well, exxcept for the part where people sneezing because of the disease that they had for 78 days turned into everyone getting heart attacks.....

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive Thanks for the comment! I got 13th of all time by using this method.

When they say "Realistic" They just mean really hard, everyone will close their borders when you have no symptoms. Also, how does the rest of the world close their borders and tell all the airports/shipyards to stop sending out planes/ships. AND I think there is a lot more planes and boats and airports and shipyards.

As a medical student,this game is inaccurate but i wont be pricky about medical terms. This Game and concept can provide some serious amounts of fun. But,if it has a damn goal,why makin it so hard to reach!?! And logically speaking,if there is a virus that has no symptoms,how the hell alerts the whole world? Even aids can be in our house and we may not notice it jezz. comment on achiev "President Madagascar Assassin Badge".
