seems like the ai lacks a bit of thought, such as using life cost cards when current life is below the cost, and holding back creatures to block with next turn that have noBlock. Overall pretty good, although I don't know if you can get away from it, but there seems to be a lot of similarities to M:TG.

@ Adalias the priest of U'Thel's ability only works on creatures if im understanding the card correctly. I would think the fortress would be classified as a wall and not a soldier like it says it is. sort of like shield wall.

a card based strategy game that i've actually finished! to be honest its quite good! i havnt got a lot of faves and this once made mine!

Ok the winding road is messed up i made it so she had 2 mana and she draws 4 cards and that one card is out for more then 1 turn

Bug:
The Priest of U'Thel's ability doesn't work, he uses the mana and taps properly, but the target doesn't heal (either that or I misunderstood what the ability does). It was specifically the solarian fortress, but I don't know if it works on others and just not that one, or on any.

I enjoyed this game, there is a factor of luck as in all card games. Also wanted to point out, on the 'On the Brink' Challenge, the npc does have an unblockable monster in there.

e.g. you can probably count on AI to play Noble Steed on an Unblockable Card then immediately Sacrifice it for health....

Good balance and variety. Replayability might be improved just by having a random battle mode in which the AI can choose a (random) deck after the user has chosen.

for the brink challenge stack your deck with cards tht require only 1 power to play, and also the solarion fortress, then after your defenses are up attack

wow the challenges are very easy exepct 4 MAYB the 1 hp 1... even though i beat first try i like using the blue deck but u shud use white vs last 2 challenges (lul i ended the final lvl with 80 hp)

Whew...I shouldn't have won that round (The Winding Road). I got the weird Enforced Silence glitch that others have mentioned, but only for four rounds, and then I was able to make moves again. I was down to 3 health against 100 and still won (playing Blue). Good game, but definitely a bit unbalanced.

Positive: Fun game. Great card mechanics. Excellent graphics
Negative: Easy AI. I also encountered the computer endless "Enforced Silence" glitch (it ended after 5 turns, instead of just 1). Not much replayability after beating the game... which is a shame for such a good game.
Multiplayer would be an awesome feature!

If there was some way to make the game multiplayer (to where you could play against other people's decks) it's be epic.

Fun until fatal glitch:
Purple computer player played "Enforced Silence", which didn't clear the next turn... or next... or next... or next... or next... or next... (etc)
Eventually I tried playing a card which needed 5 +2, and screwed myself because the Glitchy "Enforced Silence of Perpetuity" kept the {choose where the +2 comes from} window on the screen no matter what I did. This resulted in not being able to choose blockers.
Not that it would have helped much, since YOU CAN'T PLAY ANY NEW CARDS with the "Enforced Silence" card on the screen.
Oh, and to add insult to injury, the computer DID play cards with Enforced Silence running....
Geez, if you can't program an AI to beat a human, you don't have to resort to making the computer CHEAT.

So much better than other Lovecraft relative cards game I wont mention, less part of luck (still some obviously), more skills required. The deck builder allows overpowered decks, should be regulate if you want my point about it. Sill I enjoyed this game. 4/5

Enjoyable game and very professional looking. My only complaint is the balance, or lack-thereof. Also, there is no minimum amount of cards for a deck. I made a 15 card blue robot deck and it defeats all with no problem.

Good game, it was a little too hard/easy at times, but it was easily adaptable, but overall it's been pretty easy. (haven't tried challenges yet, so my opinion may change)

I enjoyed it until I found that I'm unable to save decks I organized. That was a little disheartening.
Otherwise, nicely polished but largely luck-dependent.

This game definitely needs a size requirement for decks. You can create very concentrated decks and completely destroy.

Goddam. Can't complete the last challenge because of a glitch.
Enforced silence lasts the entire game, can't do shit lol.
