The AI is very very stupid. It'll regularly play duplicates of modifiers like Hypermobility on the same creature even though there's no benefit. It'll make pointless suicide attacks with creatures that will only do one damage to my blocker, even though the damage will heal next turn. And so on.

Gameplay is way too much like the necronomicon. It's also boring and doesn't even have music in game, but making your own deck is kinda cool. 2/5

Great game though the AI is a pushover (not going to blame the dev there) This game screams multiplayer as it's just the right level of complexity (to make each faction distinct) yet remains easily understood. Fantastic card game.

Like I've seen said, it is pretty easy, it would be enjoyable if it saved... well anything. Needing to re-check "fast" on turn delay every match is a pain, as is needing to complete the game again to earn the badges. Who is deciding which game to award badges to anyhow?

Not a bad game, but a couple of suggestions:
If a non-specific power is required (2 blue + 1, for instance) and only one type of power remains after taking the 2 blue, automatically take the power from that source.
Allow options to be selected globally, rather than for each match with them resetting every time (the message speed default is awfully slow...)

Fairly unbalanced game, with some glitches including memory Serpant being able to be used with no other cards to discard.

the best deck you can ever have is the white deck. there archers do 2 damage and only cost 1. easiest challenges ever. (except for the one with only 1 life.) :)

Global enlightenment doesn't stack. I've already done this freaking game twice if your going to get badges at least make a game that can hold a save.

I agree that the AI needs some work...I once saw it used 'Magistrate's Council' (loose 10 life to gain 2 power) when it only had 4 life left, effectively committing suicide! That made me chuckle.

I was hoping that the first six levels were with random decks, but get the same thing over and over -- nothing that plays, nothing that helps... next time -- I'll get you next time! Random really likes to mess with my head. Oh -- fun take on the card-game style!

The description, while grammatically correct, is misleading. You do not actually defeat your opponents with test strategies, but you might with build your own decks.

A very fun game with a short learning curve and plenty of cool unlock-ables. A definite must-play for anyone looking for a good strategy game or an hour of fun.

Please move the "End Attack Phase" button AWAY from the "End Placement Phase" button! I keep double clicking by accident!

my cat could play better than the AI.
also, clearing my game with everything completed so I have to replay it to get badges is really lame.
as it is 2/5.
make it multiplayer and add 40-50 more cards to give more depth and this could get a 5

Not a bad game, but the save wipe was a total deal breaker. I'd already wasted an hour or two completing all the missions and challenges only to find out that I'll have to replay them all to get badges. While the game is kinda fun, replayability is limited. Just replaying through enough missions to unlock challenges so I could complete Kongregate's card challenge was enough to sour me on the game and sink my opinion from "decent" to "awful".

Also, I usually end up with getting either only creature cards, or only magic cards. I don't need 4 of the cards that brings a creature back to your hand, and only drawing non-creature cards.

You need to add a "cancel" button for when you select the energy stuff to use for the cards with a + otherwise if you accidentally click that card, you have to use it no matter what. Make a way for the attacks to happen even faster than the fast setting. I could take a nap between each attack turn.

Even with the option set to fast, it's still slower than a legless turtle in quicksand after being covered in Super Glue. And I have one of those newfangled Macbook Pros, so I don't think it's my computer.

Incredibly ripped off of Magic, down to the colors. Actually, even more closely resembles WotC's Arc card games - which were also simplified MtG - and flopped badly. Not impressed.

ok that really sucks to finish everything before the badges and then have you erase all my save data so now I cant get credit for them. changing my rating because of this. thanks
