The gem display on the main game screen (once you unlock it by having gems) should also display how many gems you are going to earn on the next soft reset. It's nice that it shows how much currency you need to earn for the next gem, but to get a good idea of your progress, both of that information should be shown.

early buildings become really annoying to upgrade as they do get obsolete. Races have a lot of differences which is good but some are clearly less of a hustle than others. A lot of balancing required. a 4/5 for the idea

I am not going to lie, this might be the most innovative idle game I have played since Clicker Heroes. For me the Idle Ages go like this:
-Cookie Clicker: The trend-setter that created the template most idle games are based on
-Clicker Heroes: The idle game that popularized the idea of combating mons and various soft-reset bonuses
-And now hopefully this game, giving us a variety of choices and play-styles to encourage replayability beyond just grinding for numbers
Bravo dear developers. Bravo.

For game features, we need more Tier upgrades, 3 tiers is not so much already.
T4 must include very powerfull changes (something like x16 coins drops for elves), and must have a really high coins price for unlock (2500 faction coins or smth.).
T5 must include absolutely absurd changes (something like angels ultimate spell costs no mana and can be used every 30 sec for free(btw they are masters of magic or what?!) or for goblins 1% chance per click (or helper click) to build 1 random building for free.
And ofcourse T4 and T5 certificates and validations for another 100% and 100% increase interest.

what can i say after all this days. i have only 8kk gems but i can see how it goes.
For Bad side. Goblins most powereful, they autoscaling very well and have a good progression with that all price reduce, Demons goes after goblins, they ok but needs some autoscale aswell, Undead is the weakest link, that 2% income increase per hour is bullshit (goblins has about 1000%+ per hour for all these coins) change it to 2% per 1 building so with 300 crypts we will have 600% increase per hour and same for another scale.
For Good side. Elves most powereful but their double coins chance is not working when u already have 100% chance to get a gem (change it to getting amount of gems for T1-T1-T1 x2-x4-x8, Angels goes second problems with em is they didnt working with that autocasting penalty so remove it for angels is a good idea and makes em viable, Fairies is a bullshit they upgreades awful they income terrible and they ultymate spell is useless so they need to be totally reworked.

A tip for efficient mana use: wait for full mana, then use a skill which increases production for some seconds. and spend all remaining mana on Tax Collection. Gives insane amount of coins
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So you're saving up for this one faction coins upgrade, when suddenly: exchange 20 coins to increase building production.
I WANT TO CLICK IT SOOOO BADLY BUT IM SAVING UP AARGH!

@tigerstar186 you could also just "cheat" if you want to get those trophies. Just set your PC clock 1 month ahead on good evil or neutral. Ofc this would take away the fun
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Could use some hotkeys for the spells themselves, if possible, instead of wasting precious click time dragging the cursor back to the chest. Just a thought!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The time based trophies are ridiculously stupid. 7777 minutes neutral? 30 days good? 666 hours evil? people don't want to spend that much time on a game, christ.

A nice addition would be some race-specific prestige system. For example, if you buy all Angel you get to keep one of it when resetting, or maybe a passive mana generation upgrade. I think this would encourage playing different races.

@furbo actually... no... it gets ALOT easier...im currently at around 6 million gems... and i could get another 27m gems after about 45 minutes of playing atm :x Getting around 20 gems per tick xD

The amount of coins needed for one gem does not reset after a soft reset. This makes collecting gems increasingly harder and come to a halt after some time. I would recommend a reset to the inital coin/gem value after a soft reset.

@Robertjr114 impossible. Since you got at least 1mana/sec, 10mins = 600sec = 600mana, so in 10mins you got at least 60%. Kthxbye :)

well.. i cant say for certain, there might be other values to unlock it... but it did unlock for me after i got the 100 spells casted trophy. Its an Upgrade which cost 300k T (i think) the upgrade is always reseted, but its afterwards unlocked (not purchased) permanently for new games (soft reset)

@
KingDrake_ are you sure it is 100 spells beacuse i do not have an auto cast for any thing and i have cast over 100 spells in a single game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
When I click too fast the game starts to lag out a bit for me, anybody else having this problem? It persists for about 10 seconds after then returns to normal
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
more and higher upgrades would be awesome. aswell as the suggestion that was already posted here, that we can see, which upgrade requires what to unlock it. also... it would be pretty kick-ass whenever we could "dual-class" later on. like... Choosing Demon Faction with a sub-faction of angels (with weakened angel upgrades). That would give this game even more depth
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hey guys, what hidden trophies have you found ? Just 2 for me so far : reaching exactly 1337 coins and having 10 clicking assistants in a single game (not sure if it was hidden tho)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great game as it lets you tailor the gameplay as comfortable as you want it...Though I feel the upgrades are a bit mundane in the long run, yes 100% extra production is nice and all, but it doesnt make much of an impact, maybe upgrades that allow you to increase the effect of spells slowly, but steadily say 10 extra seconds on the timeshift of Tax collection per upgrade or few upgrades to increase the max mana pool as an angel affiliate I dont like autocast halving the production, but the mana pool fills literally in just few minutes, speaking of which I also feel that all the races should have some form of mana acceleration tied to their buildings, since the spells feel a bit useless with anyone else, but angels.

IMO the Elven upgrade, "Increase base click reward by 250,000" should be replaced by something that increases mana regeneration. End game, 250k base click damage is nothing, and (almost) every other Alliance has at least 1 upgrade that increases mana regeneration. Whereas Elves are stuck with 1.00 mana regen.

Then why did I lose nearly half my production when I refreshed the game? I was getting around 480-something B/s and after I refreshed it was down to about 217 B/s. I had 1d 10h of playtime in the current run at that time, and I purchased the upgrade after the update that had made it a 2%/hr bonus.

could you add some commas or scientific notation to the gems next reset counter? I'm having trouble telling my 10s of billions from my hundreds of billions
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Having an upgrade for production tied to the amount of time spent not refreshing a game that is receiving frequent updates you must refresh to get is not cool. It should be based on the amount of time spent not resetting.

Digit separators would be nice, especially since it's really hard to tell at a quick glance the difference between 600000 and 6000000
