I think Fairy Faction works now very well. I like the fact that the Blacksmith is 10 times more productive than the Hall of Legends. Good Job!

@Killzerz44 Just relax and don't focus on that trophy with elves. Get way more gems than you have, so you don't need elven bonus. Then pick a faction that gets extra assistants (Demon, Fairies,Undead). Let the assistants do all the job.
And this achievement is a lot faster than Perfectly Good or Diabolical Evil.

Note to creator: The hidden trophy "Exchange Master" is ridiculously hard to get. I have a 100% chance to get faction coins (Elves) and 13 assistants with an autoclicker at 17 milliseconds (testing purposes) and after many hours I am still very far away from the achievement (total 500 Exchanges). Could you please change this to a much more manageable number? 400 is very hard as is, and 300 seems fairly difficult but more in line with the game as it is now. 500 is insane!

Start: Goblins. Goblin Greed (faction spell) jumpstarts your game.
Next Prestige: Elves/Fairy. Fairly powerful and helps build trophies.
Final: Demons. Ridiculously overpowered with a few trophies due to faction spell.
Endgame: All factions eventually. Farming the first (and possibly a second after said first) demon run for many gems is very important as it allows full completion in a quick time for all other factions. Do more demon runs and hunt trophies.

I'm a big fan of this idle, it's managed to hold my attention with plenty of achievements for challenge and regular updates. The faction system is unique and adds serious replay value, however it would be nice to see a series of neutral factions to entice players to value neutral buildings a little more. The faction coin feature is a beautiful way to add a second currency to the game without making it pay to win. My favorite part about this game is the fact that you do not need to pay into it to go anywhere, in fact it doesn't even offer that as an option. So many good idles have been ruined by the idea of paying money to get past the midway points of the game. In short, the exponential gain in this game combined with the faction system have truly created an idle type game that can hold a player's interest as well as create a fair and balanced system for play. There is nothing standing in the player's way to reach end game besides time, this is truly an idle game worth playing.

ugh, I was screwing around with an auto click program and lost all my progress, i had nearly 130000 gems :( may I get some assistance please?

The upgrades for Hall of Legends don't change the DISPLAYED income when purchased, unlike other building upgrades. I'm not sure it increases the income of them at all either, so you may want to look at your numbers.

@cassavaftw they did
@spaceANDY just drag the thing, scroll bars not needed
@voodooviz hahah 900 gems!?! that's cute
@fenworthy
@Auin
i have an old 6core vishera, and the game does not even go above 5% usage, and no lags. i dont know whats wrong with your systems.

Necropolis upgrades for the Undead are sorely lacking if you compare them to the Fairies. There is a +300% upgrade to the Necropolis for each tier of Undead but, when compared to the Fairies' x15 to Farms, Inns and Blacksmiths, its useless.

well this is lame, lost all my progress, i havent cleared any data or anything.. guess i wont be playing this anymore.. wonderful.. not going to regrind 900 gems
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
so why is there not a hall of legends assistant? Also duno if its intentional but gods hand (angel spell) keys off current mana instead of standard mana, which halves its power when you have auto cast on :(
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
"OC" coins means 'octillion'. Comes after Septillion, which comes after Sextillion, which itself is after Quintillion. For Octillion, you're basically at the point of buying 400+ Blacksmiths if you aren't using any Race Upgrades that lower the costs of building.

The Elven Spell "Moon Blessing" doesn't scale fast enough to make it worth using unless someone has been playing the same Elven game for an extraordinary amount of time. If it scaled based on total number of clicks across all games OR (not both - that would be OP) had its mana cost reduced so that it could be used in combo with "Call to Arms", then I think that it would be much better. Not used at first but as number of buildings and clicks grow, eventually transitioning to the combo instead of "Holy Light" - that is the ideal scenario imo, but not possible until "Moon Blessing" has its mana cost reduced.

I find the best money is made by the angels, by combining spell effects. I like to start Call to Arms, then God's Hand, and as many Tax Collections as I can get in before CtA runs out. Wait for your mana to go back to 100% and repeat.

Meteora, it will continue to grow based on clicks. Guys, does the 2% of production scale up, or should I wait until I have a ton of production going on?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Auin then something must be wrong on your end. My i5 is only using one core for this and not even close to 20% Usage.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
weird question but the upgrade that is based upon amount of spells cast, should i wait to buy that so the percentage is bigger or does it continue to grow as i use more spells after its bought? Juuuuust wondering haha
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
no no no and no again, you wont use my pc as storage you shit game ....so the game is nothing more than turning off that flash pop up window every 2 seconds
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i need help should I buy the diamond thing right away or wait tell I get a lot of buildings please someone tell me so I don't waste anything
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@124816 - The better combo is to combine Bloody Frenzy with Call to Arms after you build a bunch of buildings, then click like crazy during the duration. You can get far more out of that than with Tax Collection.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I feel like elves are too weak at the moment, the only thing their really good at is getting faction coins, but since royal exchanges are additive they stop doing much after a while.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
apparently demon faction is *way* more powerful than all the others. does it get any better as you move on or is it going to get fixed?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
An amazing use of mana if you are on the dark side... use bloody frenzy then 2 tax collections... the bloody frenzy dramatically increses coin incom for a short period of 20 seconds but the 2 tax collections give an immediate bonus in coins equal to three of the more expensive bloody frenzies... this may just be an oversight in which case it will probably be patsched soon but it works now and is awsome

@LastS4 I'm not sure, but I think the requirements for the next gem do not change after a reset, thus resulting in more for less at first.
Requirements per gem increase progressively and don't go back when you Soft Reset, therefore it's progressively harder to get gems, although their production bonus should more than compensate for this. Just for the sake of clarity, gem requirements do reset with an hard reset, obviously.

Can someone PM me what their favorite faction is? Right now I've found that the Demon faction has been most efficient but I'd like to hear your opinion.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@iblob i disagree on parts of what you said. although undead may seem the best for late game, it is not the case. goblins are still the best because of their faction spell that gives 2 free buildings. just leave it on auto-cast and forget. i got an average of 300 building across the board and i only actually bought around 150 of each; the rest were from the goblin spell. i reloaded and ran undead for just as long as i ran the goblin faction, and undead did not even get anywhere close the amount of gems i earned using goblins.

@Bazurith some factions benefit greatly from starting spells already. For example, playing as Dark faction, use Call to Arms + Blood Frenzy at once to gain large bonus (also, when you have enough buildings Call to Arms is stronger). Also, using any Income boost and Tax Collection right after gives quite a lot of money.
That's just a tip for your improvement though, I wouldnt mind seeing starting spells getting some flavor.
