Hellphantine, it's because it starts by showing you the boost for reaching level 1. It doesn't start by showing you your current level of 0, with 0 bonus, it shows you the next level up. There are 6 factions, so that's why.

I can confirm that you can use the 50% boost right away and still reap all the benefits of it. I just did a soft reset, but did not buy access to my gems. I used the 50% boost when I had a click reward of flat 50 (no production boosts were ever used) which bumped it up to 75. Then I bought the next flat upgrade, +4950, and I now have a click rate of 7500 coins. (If it had only added the flat upgrade, it would have been 5025.) Please upvote if you think this is important information to have!

weee! with enough mana regain in the angel faction it's possible to pop God's hand under the effects of call to arms! then use tax collection a few times while clicking madly!

Can you please fix the bug with the stats page showing 6 less Royal Exchanges than the number which have actually occurred? That small difference makes the Exchange Master trophy exponentially more difficult.

Aku- its not that bad- in my first game (as fairy), I earned the faction unlocks (20, 100, 500 coins) well before I could afford all the upgrades- And Fairy faction is a GOOD one to start with (actually had 90% of my revenue from farms, inns, blacksmiths, with 10% from halls of legends..and 22 assistants wasn't bad either)- the COST of royal exchange goes up fast enough, (13,054 for level 70) you quickly won't see a difference between your faction and the others. Latest trophy is an easy one (Faction Grinder- purchase all 6 heritages in one game)

@Devinshki1 i think this depends on the number of clicks you have... and that would meant that potentially holy light starts out better, but moon blessing should always win out....
example my moon blessing gives me 2446% bonus right now, this is applied to CPC, CPS and CA (and CPC gets additional increase because of CPS and CA increase)... Holy Light is a 25x multiplier that only works on CPC, costs 100 mana more and lasts 10 seconds less...

Hey, do only dorks use Firefox? This game doesn't work in Firefox. None of the images load. At least for me they don't, and it works in Safari.

These upgrades exist, and can be unlocked at 2 million and 6 million total mana spent. I have the one for 2 million mana and am working on the 6 million one. Obviously angels help a LOT.

As nice as it is to be able to trade faction coins for production, it would be FAR better to trade unused faction coins for coins of your current faction. Relying on raw RNG to generate 100 coins is just horrible, and I can only imagine it will get much worse as the game progresses.

If you have the numbers turned off to cut down on lag, it would be nice to have some sort of rollover tooltip to show the amount-per-click on the chest. That way, you could actually see what individual upgrades do to your bottom line.

@Lehantol: The game is probably automatically loading your last save. Export your save if you want to keep it, then save after the hard reset.

Suggestion for high level upgrades:
1) Two upgrades that reduce the mana regen loss from auto casting first to only 25%, then no loss. These would need to be VERY expensive to be balanced, but would be nice to shoot for at "end game".
2) Additional Assistant unlocks for 200/300/400/500 etc. of each building.
3) Increased upgrades past 200 of each building, thinking 300/400/500/1000/1500/2000/2500/5000/7500/10000.
4) Upgrades for having X of every building. So if you have 10/25/50/100/etc of EVERY building at once it unlocks. Would give incentive to keep buying buildings that arent your races focus.
Love the game, one of the best idle games in quite some time =)

You reach a point with the elven faction that holy light becomes far more effective than moon blessing, just throwing that out there.

Good side is underpowered...? Even bad side, with the right upgrades, are way more better active factions than the actual active ones (Good-Sided).

@Delauntey I think it stacks, because after the first 50% upgrade, if you upgrade buildings, the clicking bonus increase.

One thing I've been wondering is how the 50% bonus to clicking upgrade works. That seems like it's a flat, one-time bonus, right? So I should wait to use it until really late game? I mean, it seems silly to use it when I have 1k g per click.

please change the heritage upgrades to grant a slightly smaller flat bonus (80% or so of current) but a scaling bonus that increases with number of times that faction has been played.

For some reason hard reset doesn't work. It's all ok until I refresh the page, then everything goes back as if nothing happened.

Blood frenzy is not useless. With full mana it stacks perfectly with call to arms to produce pure awesomeness, and clicks get multiplied too!

Well, I had a million gems to reclaim with the reset and the game just decided to stop working and erase the save. My 5 star rating has just been lowered to a 2 star.

Raqven, go to "Options" in your game and look for a button that says "Hard Reset". That will delete your overall save (trophies, metagame, everything). Just make sure it isn't your browser settings that are causing the crash before you do a hard reset to fix your issue.

The evil faction spell blood frenzy is ultimately useless. Call to arms will eventually outscale it AND it includes the lucrative hall of legends, which blood frenzy does not. Call to arms is ultimately more profitable, at a lesser mana cost for evil factions.

An interesting feature would be, if some of the factions could gain more mana trough clicking :) But I'm afraid it would give these factions too much advantage.

Goblin Central Bank is kind of a useless upgrade considering how low the amount of money it gives you. Please considering replacing with something more meaningful in the long run or providing some way to actually buff this to a point of being useful.

Why'd you convert all the trophies to scientific notation even if it's not turned on? :( I prefer the letters! Also a couple of them are for 9.9999 instead of 1ewhatever.

With regard to gray screens, I've been able to cause them consistently by clicking on a button that is grayed out. Frequently requesting to build a building, buy an upgrade, or cast a spell that I don't have the resources for causes either a gray screen (with only the buttons I was clicking visible) or a freeze of the game followed by a gray screen when I stop clicking.

Oof. Harsh nerf to demons. Nice (sounding) buff to elves though, hopefully it's good in practice.
I always play a faction right before you buff it, then switch to the one you nerfed. >.<

since the Heritage rewards cost so much, maybe put their pact spells in the list with there own mana bar and refresh rate based on how many exchanges that have been purchased.
