Guys the blue and red shaded sectrors on the map are multiplayer but unfortulently untill the real site is back up: www.disputedgalaxy.com dont try to find em dont try to go to the site eather its blocked for safety ok? multiplayer is down so stop it.

The one big reason why MP was removed and the hacking problem left undealt with was because of development of SF: DG2. I believe it is to be expected in spring. If I am wrong about that, please correct me.

still, just cuz there's no more multiplayer doesnt mean the game cant be fun, hackers have overrun this game since when, 1, 2 years? that should be more than enough time to fix the online system thingie....

there are 2, no 3, options for the people who made this game, either they ignore the players plea for multiplayer, create a new game continuing this one and allowing for accounts to continue and multiplayer, or they fix the hacker problem and create a new online system =|

Um jesus christ guys. The game was disbanded like a year ago. Maybe even longer. THERE IS NO MORE MULTIPLAYER thus no more CHAT. So Quit ASKING.

Syzygy42 i had the same problem as well with my ship flying itself and it was the IE8 causing it, so i downloaded Mozilla firefox and it fixed the problem

or you could just buy the most expensive engine cause its got a hyperspace recharger so you don't have to buy them constantly

hyperspace thing sjould not only have a single use I mean you buy hyperspace then use it then you cant use it unless you buy another

Nice; not too intense, and it's totally possible to run around mining or 'courier-ing' for cash without fighting. Pity about the hackers killing the MP aspect, but here's hoping Ben works out a more secure method for SF3
