There are three EMP weapons-EMP Blast, EMP Torpedo and Ultra EMP Bomb. The one we are talking about is the bomb, carried by superships, megaships, battleships and superbattle cruisers. These include the human ships warship, medusa battleship, hydra destroyer, and admiralclass warship. Same with aliens-destroyer, oppressor, enforcer and elite destroyer. They CAN carry EMP bombs, look out for them.

Well actually three weapons make that beeping sound... The Ultra EMP bomb EMPs everything in 5000 distance for longer than average. It's the only one you need to worry about, since AIs never use the Photon Compression Bomb or Ultra Vortex Bomb.

If you get a system failure, you've been EMP'd. If you hear a "Chunk" sound, then you're gonna get hit by an EMP torpedo unless you turn about 45 degrees. If you hear an accelerating beeping sound, GET AWAY, QUICKLY.

Well multiplayer was fun while it lasted... It's still not that bad of a game though... but to time consuming for me... =/

Those who do not read the description are idiots. Those who complain about the game because it's not multiplayer are idiots. MULTIPLAYER WAS SHUT DOWN, FOR GOD'S SAKE. IT WAS BECAUSE OF HACKERS, NOW READ THE DAMN DESCRIPTION!!

i agree with CrySaL, the fact here is, the Mp is gone, but that dont mean the game is end, we gonna have a sequel of this, and is only a game so dont worry

Keep the rating you made when MP was still around, because THAT'S the REAL game, not this.

@metallica34 first of all shut your freakin mouth. Id like to see you make a game, actually I'd like to see you even attempt to make a game. You have no idea how hard it actually is, and nowadays hackers can get into practically anything, recently on the news hackers have gotten control of over 2 million credit card accounts, and they have some of the best security! so before you even begin to complain about the security of this game how bout you try protecting a game (or lack thereof) with some "topnotch" security

needs better defence from hackers or sompin and with a game this sick you should at least allow us to be able to buy drone or make every sector multiplayer, but noooooo you just had to let them hack the game and now the stupid game has no multiplayer, ya see wat i meen, or have i not been playing for really long he added the multiplayer sectors back? Even better would be if he made every sector multiplayer. I give it a damn 1/5

get an engine overdrive, its cheap (2000) and gets you through a sector in about 30 seconds. Or if u can afford it, get a recharger.
