All of us have to start over agian... at least i havent played since my account was reset, so for me its like nothing ever happened

My advice to everyone, if your not bothered to start over again, then start hacking for a little untill your old profile stats. i dont know about you guys but im doing and so should you!

be remembered by other players. It seems that lots of people would be happy just to start again from the beginning rather than waiting for ages for the game to come back. The longer it takes aswell the more impact its going to have on other things. e.g. any messages on this forum from the last few days will probably be wiped in order to get the accounts back. Which would be a pain. I think everyone will just have to restart tomorrow and I will close up the security holes to stop this happening againI appreciate the support, thanks everyone has been far more understanding than I was expecting. I appreciate the support, thanks everyone has been far more understanding than I was expecting. I think I am just going to fix the game tomorrow with no accounts. Everyone will have to start again. I will close the security holes so that this won't happen again, and I will work much harder on getting a new bigger better starfighter sequel ready

There is no record of who was deleted etc. But the suggestion is probably to put people who were in the top 50, either from a screenshot if someone has one, or by a kind of roll call on the forum where people who were in the top 50 can post or be remembered by other players.

o.O Wow... on the last 3 pages there were LESS comments to flag then usual... no useless cry, no flaming, only (slightly) senseful comments.
@DJ: Agree to the most: I have no problem with being reset (1k kills aren't much), but the Guest_Alblaka is stupid -.-

FIREWALL!!! Nah, I just like the word. Wallz o' fiiiire! Anyway, I doubt many people would really mind if they got reset. Everyone has cooled down now, I doubt even Dititz is that angry. It's just a virtual number for alot of people, the ships aren't that important.

I'm okay with that, I've gotten warships on guests, so it's not like it's a huge problem to restart. Having the game is better than not having it, since either way all our accounts are gone anyway. The only problem i see with this is I'm betting about half the people who play are going to start hacking, but it's still better than nothing. And two words: Fire-Wall.

I dont really want my account reset, but comparing that to not playing I would rather have it fixed. After all what good is an account you can't play

Ben I would rather have a new account then have no account. I did not have much kills so i am not sure what it is like. But if you had a lot of skill you would be able to get the kills back

runerocker, a firewall wouldnt have stopped the problem and would block everyone trying to connect to the game. So don't talk down to me about stuff you obviously dont understand
