I think anyone can be modded, especially if they have a background. Take Confuzzy for example, up until about 3 weeks before his modding (I can't say anything about the 3 weeks after that, I was on vacation), he was an Am0-type, fun to hang out with, very knowledgeable, but not exactly a rules hawk.

Kasu, there is no such thing as a drone with a UVB. Also, hackers can only get into MP sectors, and I'm sure you're either lying or mistaken. Don't 2x+ post, it's annoyig

lag and negitive shield hmm... some random HDS toled me that some hacks mack Ai go in to negative shileds. if that happens an HDS was probly pooking around not to long ago. but thats in Mp and Co-op that i know.

i'd say about 99% of the time, negative health is lag. it can help you sometimes. if your lag is bad enough, in mp sectors, you might die several seconds after you get 0 health. you might have just enough time to leave the sector

Lagging means you don't see the all the weapons fired at you because of your connection. That's why you 'don't take the damage you should'. And it's why you move slower than you should compared to ships with less lag. Negative shield on AI is the result of it dying on other players' screens and not yours.

i have much experience with lag and whenever i battle someone they say i dont take the damage i should, i never go into negative shield, im pretty sure negative shield most likely is a hack

negative shields is a result of lag. and I have never seen a drone with weapons they shouldn't have outside of mp or co-op (the other players, not the AI)

i have yet to see the large slots but i saw one with mines once, and it had negative dmg, do not remember if it was mp or sp

i hate when drones catch ya with large slot weapons and other weapons that shouldn't even FIT on them!!...i was attacked by 12 with EMP bombs!
