my fave is the small little speeder with the type 4 missles, lass stealth and laser. I used to take down substations, but i had to get off because of laggy comp. Now i have a new one and i hope to surpass myself! :D

iv played this game for years and im loving it still i have every alien ship unlocked... my fav ship is sprinter with laser beam, EMP torpedo, and energy cell :S (1.6 top speed engine) its such a beast..... easy kills thats why im at like 25,000 now XD

Easiest way to earn money with a Sprinter on new account: 1, buy Sprinter. 2, buy Type-2 Carnivore and Photon Bomb. 3, do enough Courier missions to afford Engine Overdrive, and buy it. 4. Do Couriers and easy Assasination missions, and buy the fastest engine you can. 5, earn money. 6, If you think you have enough money (around 10000), buy a better ship.

Easy money trick: Buy hypersppace, then find a delivery mission that will give you more money than hyperspace costed. Use hyperspace. Complete mission. Instant profit.

Your probably just pressing the X key and not noticing it. Thats the boost key, it will take 35% of your energy and give your ship some extra speed or make it accelerate to full speed when sitting still.

i hope the new one has a rule against friendly fire
especially in single player sectors the ai's keep getting to close my target and getting them self blown up just a suggestion :D 5/5 even with those hackers

I totally agree that you should be able to move item slots, I hate it when I buy something then decide I want a different weapon in that slot to synchronize better.

Being able to customize the order of your equipment slots would be great, so that if you wanted a mine in slot 1, for example, you could drag that slot up to the top in the shop screen. Another nice touch would be to have a button that switches through your equipment backwards, preferably near the V key.

You unlock ships at a certain amount of kills, you get your first unlockable ship at 25 kills then 51 kills and it doubles every time until you reach your final ship at 12,801 kills.

i think it would be neat in SFDG3 if we can take over enemy stations and sub stations. because thers no real point in taking a station down in SFDG other then just being able to say you can.

Axerer those are hard spots, most large ships have at least 1 or 2 but ships like the gatherer and oppressor have so many it makes them almost impossible to hit with most weapons.

i must say one of the worst days of my life was when this games server was shut down ... sigh ... still better than any other online game though
