ok i understand the accident...BUT!i thinked that there going to be no multiplayer for a day/week so you guys can put a antihack syestem in it...i was wrong...and dark orbit sucks + if you agree

I almost start to cry each time I think of this game! it was the best game ever! better than any PS3, Xbox or Wii games!
I cant wait for SF:DG2! to bad it isent ben oldings first priority!

i hope he will put a fighting zone on the sequel where there is 2 bases 1 for alien and 1 for humans on the same sector and they go all out lots of players fighting

Even if i never bothered with its multiplayer aspect, it is still a very good game. Is the only one i play for fun and not for the badges

Just FYI, on his website, Ben said that he wasn't going to do anything more with this. So if you're wondering about what some weps do (because they don't have description) you need to find a guide online; Ben isn't going to finish them. He also said that he wanted to make a new Multiplayer Starfighter, but it wasn't at the top of his to-do list. So keep your fingers crossed.

@Mingminggrr no ship is unlocked at 6401 kills only a upgraded map that shows worm holes, black holes and planets you unlock the elite destroyer/admiral class warship at 12801 kills.

nightseeker to unlock the next ship it doubles in kills for example: 2 4 8 16 32 i havent played in a long times just started again yesterday so i cant remember the actual number right now

I probably shouldn't be adding a second comment, but the "glitch" was no glitch, I was just hitting the wrong key. XD This game is more similar to Star Trek than any other game. Some improvements could be a "distress call" which can be heard by both human and alien ships, and maybe some anti-hacking software so that multiplayer could be brought back. This game deserves 5 stars without multiplayer, and 7 stars with multiplayer.(I haven't been able to try out the multiplayer)

Wonderful game. It's a shame that multiplayer no longer exists. Also, I have experienced a glitch that prevents me from mining when I buy a new mining laser.

This would make an awesome RTS game. Buy new ships with resources? That would be awesome - maybe could it be in the sytle of Halo Wars (anyone played that?). Excellent game as it is though. 5/5 - I wish it wasn't so addicting! >.<

The creator is making another sf and it will be released some time in 2011 with 3d graphics please be patient it will have many more features, some good, some bad but keep an eye out for it

there should be some sort of garage for like holding if you have a nice ship that you want to keep but like you want one for travel

Am suprized that this game was selected as a part of the best of 2007 Quest!! just like the physics pack quest of today this game is great but for the hackers.......(just imagine)

You can still get MP. If you go to http://www.jestertrek.com/starfighter/index.html and click on the one that says fix for mp problem it should fix it. Doesn't work for mac.

Multiplayer
Anti-hack Defense
A way to reset your account and change if your Human or Alien
Cool new weapons
Greater challenges(Single boss like enemies)
