Under rating threshold (show) does 10k kills mean that when you kill someone, you get 10k?

Under rating threshold (show) all humans here's a tip for warships to get more kills use photon compression bomb go to alien space station get into center of the space station then drop the photon copression bomb then get away from the bases defence turrets and wait and you'll get more kills

Under rating threshold (show) to have a gang you must have a least 1601 kills. Then there must be an open slot(there are only 8 max a any station)and last, you must have 15k money.
