Locked Target is absolutely right. I killed a script kiddie by the name of eliminator1 in an elite destroyer like I was swatting flies way too many times. Taking on people like grundish or locked target is a whole other story, as far as elite destroyers go.

If skill is irrelevant in this game, then why can I beat some players regardless of the ship versus ship matchup? For example, I can take out most hackers flying ACWs while I'm in either a Defender or a Shredder.
Sorry, folks, but the skill & knowledge at selection & application of your ship & weapon load-outs, combined with skillful flying and targeting & combat weapon selection, is what wins duels. If you are losing at PvP, then practice against AIs a little bit more. If you still have problems, try a different ship &weapon selection. But trying to claim 'it's only about luck' is simply another way of saying 'I'm not very good at this game and don't want to admit that I'm not a elite gaming god'.
News Flash: Not everyone is going to be good at these types of games. Accept your limitations & move on, or face your limitations & attempt to overcome them.
But quit with the whining and calling out 'HACKER' just because you can't figure out a way to avoid getting killed all the time.

silver is right. o% skill? put a noob who knows the controls in a destroyer. then take a veteran player and put them in a hawk combat vessel, or something as good. who do u think will win? sure, the destroyer has weapons galore, but the veteran player would still dominate the sector.

if you think it takes no skill, you obviously have no skill, and probably suck at the game. You need to get good combinations of weapons (like energy weaps plasma cannon for general use, laser for shortrange and lrpb for longrange) and utitlities (energy cell and energy extraction beam for the above list) and then choose a ship that matches your fighting style.

Maybe the size should be smaller, but the pull is still the same as the regular black hole. It does remind me of the HL mod - rebound, if played via EMP weapons.

People ask too much just for their own sake. It's the skill that's important, not the ship, the ship only complements the skill.

i think a multi area with a black hole in the center would be really cool. not a full on black whole, just one thats powerfull enough to suck people in, but no enough to become annoying.

I really don't care much about impersonators, unless it is directly an attack to me (that includes backstabbing and false rumors). I got like 7-8 copycats for the last 2 1/2 months.

Love the new ship (Enforcer). Would love it more if it was +1 Reg Slot/-1 Utility. Even if that meant sacrificing the Large Weapon Slot.

Matoeu: The medusa is not supposed to be better than the warship, just different. Its more of a support ship.
