Derick, that system still isn't perfect. Teledisks saves you. There's always a counter to everything, sometimes you just have to look harder than other times.

Would it be fair for a warship/destroyer to go arround with 3 tb topr and emp torp +laser and tractor+emp ppl that release the 3 tb torps HELL NO. So how is what you do diffrent making it impossible for the enemy to fight back :P

don't call derick a douche, back to the cheap, emp, hmmmmmmm in real life takes away power forever unless power source repleneshes am i right or am i right. So, i have talked to ben and he said the reason for EMP was to have passive time and allow the enemy or player to shoot at the other person for a period of time. Making it an ideal weapon but more difficult to use and nver call anyone that fuzzy knows, aka Derick, Me, Am0, audio, didit, etc... a douche or i will fcking kill u

Isn’t that the point of choosing your weapons? To get an advantage over your opponent? Yes am0 i agree but you shouldnt have a combo that like the easy button.

who cares whats "fair" or not the point of the game is to kill your enemy and if they're doing that they're obviously doing it better than you

Isn't that the point of choosing your weapons? To get an advantage over your opponent? The only way to change that would be to make it so that everyone can only use one weapon, and then it's entirely up to skill. Sprinters with LR laser cannons and reverse lasers only... could be fun

And qwerty. Laser NEVER was cheap it takes Skill to kill the enemy at that close range while they can STILL fight back.
Unlike you're ships easy button allowing you to kill the enemy with no resistance.

actually derick its not cheap, say someone is lasering u, u need the right utility aka EOD, almost everyone has that, so laser isn't cheap, only reason my tactic is cheap, is that no one usually has tele disks

Guys... I have an opinion, and i know i might be a noob but here it goes.
There's no such thing as beeing "cheap", weapons were created by the designer weren't them? EVERY weapon is allowed in multiplayer/singleplayer sectors aren't they? Then they are meant to be used!
Players can counter ANYTHING if they have enough experience for that. If they don't, tuff luck!

You could always carry an emp yourself and emp them. That was usually what happened back when I carried emp.
You create a gang by having 1601 kills, $50000, and you have to find an empty slot at a space station for your gang. The hardest part is that last bit; I'm pretty sure all the slots are taken.
