actually TARDIS,you're right..i kinda feel it's not good for that stupid rickroll-rickroll-aprilfool-not-a-game-but-a-retarded-music-movie to defeat DJStatika's good game..so people,please vote it to 1/5 cuz i did,and i do that for Starfighter game..

Jeez, letmeon stop posting this sort of comments that the game needs an uber weapon and stuff because it will never happen, ITS A FREAKIN MULTIPLAYER GAME, the game needs to be balanced, so we can't have that.

like a mega super black hole generator that makes super bombs and like a shotgun bom launcher or like a whole class of weapons that are expensive, not super good like the vortex bom, or bad like the rest, but in between and each onelike 10k

better if you could could have more than one ship. more emphasis on co-op missions. no 360 degree turn when im trying to escape a lame vortex thingy (piece of crap cause im soo noob i always land in them) and some new music. also trading between people. otherwise very fun 5/5

let us toggle artificial friction!! and imho more pricy ships, cheaper engines, weapons more expensive.. when lvling goes slow and not much new is unlocked it bores a little but otherwise nice game

it would be good if there was like a trading point in one of the sectors and that u could have more than 1 ship and make a gang of ur own and any thing that they kill when there not being used

letmeon, once you've experienced using the Ultra Vortex Bomb, you'll realise you just described exactly that pretty much. 801 kills required for the large slot, it costs $15,000 per single one, and it's one use only (doesnt recharge at all). it EMP blasts pretty much everything in the sector for about 15-20 seconds, and then creates a vortex which sucks them all in to be destroyed >=D
It can be used in multiplayer I believe, but people will get annoyed and focus on killing you the full 10 lives to reset your account. Not to mention it's cheap, pathetic and a waste of your money doing that when you can drop it in a threat 1 sector for the same amount of kills/bounty pretty much.

apart from the fact that we need sound effects, some newbs just complain about turning off sound effects and so gave low ratings to starfighter,,,i'd imagine if this is the game they create..

this game is very fun but it needs like one super powerful weapon thats only for the highest lvl and costs 10 times more than the last most expensive weapon (or just 1 mil)

Make a new ship!
Make it tiny with uber shields and only one weapon unique just to that ship. Make it so the weapon doesn't use much energy.
Make it cost more then any other ship out there and only for those guys that like to micro. Lots of moverablity and lots of speed. Make the weapon able to shoot mines/missles etc.
Make it so we have to use the booster for the speed etc.
If you don't make it that is ok just a suggestion.

I really like this game, though I wish the lock-on was just a bit more reliable. I understand why it is the way it is, but even a little more reliable would be nice.

I can't believe there are no of music or sound controls. Are they difficult to program? Huge resource hogs? Or are we just pigs heading to the slaughter from auditory hallucinations of repetitive music and sound effects. Or, should we just count ourselves lucky that there aren't yet audio advertisements.

1/5 i died and my account got reseted because that freaking hyperspace is bugged. i turned on hyperspace 3000(ft, km miles?) away from the enemies, then my fucking ship had to turn 360 degrees before hyperspacing, so the aliens tractor beamed and emp'ed me several tme til i died... please fix those bugs.

i would give this game a 4.95/5 as it has only some weapons. they should have made more unlockable weapons so that the game is interesting.

Technically speaking, DiditzZz, you're right, because they are named after the Beta Testers.
And Shewang, its your own fault to get a game over, there are many hints stating about losing lives = reset. Besides, it happens to most of the "old school games" with lives, Super Mario, Megaman, Ninja Gaiden, all those has a life system that would reset your progress.
